  • We do NOT accept Prepaid Cards or Gift Cards.
  • In order to pay with an e-check, you will need to provide the bank's routing number, your checking account number,

and the name listed on the account.

and the name listed on the account.

To Pay Your Bill With a Check by Mail:

You can mail your payment to the address listed below:

To Pay Your Bill in Person:

  • We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express
  • We do NOT accept Prepaid Cards or Gift Cards.
  • In order to pay with an e-check, you will need to provide the bank's routing number, your checking account number,
  • We accept written check and money order
  • E-check: You will need to provide the bank's routing number, your checking account number, and the name listed on the account.
  • Cash-  All cash payments will be either need to be exact change or the surplus will be added to the account and will show as a positive balance that can be used towards the next month.

Paperless Billing

You can request for paperless billing by phone with one of our Customer Service Representative at (903) 873- 3122.

You can setup automatic payment over the phone, online, or in person.

Automatic Payments Processing Date:

Automatic draft payments are processed every billing cycle on the 5th day of the month.

Late Payments and Fees:

Invoicing is for the current month of service and is due by the 15th of every month. CIP will charge a "Late Payment Fee" of $15.00 to the customer's invoice, if payment is NOT collected in full on or before the 15th of the month.
